Piranha (2010) : This is one of the few new horror movies I have been stoked to see in a long while. You will hear me say 100 over how much I am sick of remakes but this one I am good with. They took a cult classic that I love, made it more over the top and a really fun horror movie. I think that the casting was perfect for this type of movie especially the cameos and the storyline/plot was right on for what this is. The special effects are cheesy but good for this movie. Some of the deaths are amazing and the gore gets an A+ from me. You can't go wrong with killer fish in my eyes. After a sudden underwater tremor sets free scores of the prehistoric man-eating fish, an unlikely group of strangers must band together to stop themselves from becoming fish food for the area’s new razor-toothed residents. But our heroine is seriously outnumbered, and with only one chance to save the lake and her family from totally being devoured, she must risk everything to destroy the aquatic carnivores herself. If your in the mood for cheese, gore and a horror comedy check this one out. I give it a 10, yes a 10 it deserves it!
