I got a message from a fellow Monster High collector telling me that a Walmart in my area had a shelf full of the two new Monster High dolls that I really want. So I decided since it wasn't that far of a drive I would drive up there because they won't hold any of the Monster High dolls. So I hurried up there, parked and hurried into the store which was totally packed and super busy. I figured there was no way that they would have any dolls left since they never do, plus it was Easter weekend so every parent was in there buying their kids stuff. I go into the isle and I spotted Rochelle Goyle and I rushed over to her to get knocked out of the way by a girl no older than 12, I'm 28 and a 12 year old seriously knocked me out of the way and yelled to her mom "I got her". I wanted to grab it from her and run but of course her mom is at the end of the isle and I did not want to start something because I was in a hurry and my little Bacon was waiting for me in the car. Once I was over that one I spot another box I pick it up and some ass hole had stolen her out of the box, they left everything behind except the doll. I was totally angry and bummed out. Of course they didn't have any Jackson Jekylls left either. They did have an Abbey Bominable which I passed up when she was first released and I figured I drove there I might as well grab her at least because I never see her. On my way out I did grab some zombies from the gumball machine but of course ended up with doubles. I guess I will just have to wait a little longer to pick up the new dolls.
On another note I have been meaning to do this for a while but I keep putting it off. A few months ago a friend of ours told me about the Birthday Cake Oreos. I am not a huge snack person unless it is my own home baked goods but being a fan of Oreos and limited editions things I hunted them down. I was so excited about them and to be honest they weren't all that great. I would much rather have a normal Oreo. The middle of them were cute and colorful but the smell was over powering in a bad way and the taste wasn't too great either. The more I ate them the more I disliked them. I now have a box and a half that will probably end up going to work with the Mister so his guys will eat them, which is usually what happens when I buy snacky stuff. I also picked up these Chocolate Milk straws. I am not a milk drinker but these made me wanna try. The straws have these little chocolate pieces in the middle of the straw so when you suck up the milk it changes the plain milk to chocolate. They are gross, they barely have any flavor to them and the flavor you get is gross. I would never buy either of these things again.
These did infact make up for the crappy snake foods I bought. I love Hello Panda cookies!
Well now I am off to hang with the Mister and tomorrow I probably won't have time to get a Saturday Graverite up because we have to leave early in the day for a Tigers game and I'm not sure what we have going on after that. So have a great Easter weekend!
