Review!

Honestly there hasn't been lots of new movie watching as of lately, Brownlog is all about playing PS3 lately and I have been in a I only wanna watch my favorite movies but all of the other stuff going on. So I am sorry for my lack of updates.

Monsters (2010) :  British science fiction film written, shot and directed by Gareth Edwards. Starring Whitney Able and Scoot McNairy. This movie has a great story line, it moves sorta slow but in a good way. I think this is one of the best new school sci-fi movies. This movie will keep your attention.
Six years ago NASA discovered the possibility of alien life within our solar system. A probe was launched to collect samples, but crashed upon re-entry over Central America. Soon after, new life form began to appear and half of Mexico was quarantined as an INFECTED ZONE. Today, the American and Mexican military still struggle to contain "the creatures"...... Our story begins when a US journalist agrees to escort a shaken tourist through the infected zone in Mexico to the safety of the US border.

The Fighter (2010) :  A biographical sports drama directed by David O. Russell. Starring Mark Wahlberg, Christian Bale, Melissa Leo, Amy Adams and so on. This film centers on the life of professional boxer "Irish" Micky Ward and his older half-brother Dicky Eklund.
The remarkable rise of Massachusetts-born, junior welterweight title winner "Irish" Micky Ward. A determined pugilist whose career in the ring was shepherded by his loyal half-brother, Dicky. He was a hard-living boxer-turned-trainer whose own career in the ring was nearly sent down for the count due to drugs and crime. Perennial underdog Irish Micky rebounded from a disheartening series of defeats to win both the WBU Intercontinental Lightweight title and the WBU Light Welterweight title thanks to a fierce combination of determination and hard work.

Black Swan (2010) :  A psychological thriller film directed by Darren Aronofsky. This is one amazing movie with a great story line and an equally amazing cast. Starring  Natalie Portman, Vincent Cassel, Mila Kunis and so on. The plot revolves around a production of Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake ballet.
Nina is a ballerina in a New York City ballet company whose life, like all those in her profession, is completely consumed with dance. She lives with her obsessive former ballerina mother Erica who exerts a suffocating control over her. When artistic director Thomas Leroy decides to replace prima ballerina Beth MacIntyre for the opening production of their new season, Swan Lake, Nina is his first choice. But Nina has competition: a new dancer Lily, who impresses Leroy as well. Swan Lake requires a dancer who can play both the White Swan with innocence and grace, and the Black Swan, who represents guile and sensuality. Nina fits the White Swan role perfectly but Lily is the personification of the Black Swan. As the two young dancers expand their rivalry into a twisted friendship, Nina begins to get more in touch with her dark side - a recklessness that threatens to destroy her.
