Monster Eyes Tacos
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 c. salsa
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
Sour cream
Refried beans
Shredded Mexican cheese
Taco sauce
Black olives
Taco shells
1 pkg. of Spanish rice
Put your turkey in a bowl, mix with salsa and taco seasoning. Roll into small balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from over and dump out the grease. Now pour taco sauce over each ball and than pour cheese on each ball. Bake in over for another 10 minutes. In each taco shell fill with beans, sour cream, some cheese and when balls are done place 2 balls in each taco shell add sliced black olives to the balls to make them look more like eyes. Serve on a bed of maggots (rice). Fun for kids!
