We just watched Defendor the other day and I have to say I really liked this one. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting but very much enjoyable. I think the casting was great and of course the story line is really good as well, I will say the end made me sad but in a good way. Arthur Poppington (Woody Harrelson) wants to make the world a better place, he skulks around the urban jungle in a black turtleneck with a duck-taped D on his chest and his childlike sense of wonder and homemade gadgets, marbles and wasps. He is Defendor not Defender. He finds an unexpected partner when he rescues and falls for a local prostitute/druggy (Kat Dennings). He only wants to bring down a drug-dealing pimp and a crooked undercover cop to make the world safe and avenge his mothers death. I give this one a 9!
